Monitor recommendation

I am looking for a monitor with the below specs:

- 24" or 27"
- 1920 x 1080 IPS
- at least 60Hz
- audio jack or ubs ports (preferred)
- tilt adjustments (preferred)

I am using it for normal use and watching dramas. Any recommendations?

Hmm.. just see specs and filter by price? But 27" 1080p looks ugly IMO, I suggest not.
