Thanks all for the reply. Went to SLS to recce and omg the 27" 1440p is too big as I'm sitting around 1.5 arm length from monitor, am afraid it will damage my eyesight in long term. 24" seems just nice and off all monitors had chosen the 2414 and got a good price for it too, probably better than IT fair?. :)

Just that the touch buttons are a bit insensitive as I had to touch for more than 5 to 10s to activate the menus. Saw through other forums that some users have this problem too and was advised to send it back to Dell. I think I will live with it for now.

USB ports at the back were a bit inconvenient for plugging in for other devices, though understand that this setup is also easier for multi monitors linking?

I'm expecting the display port bug to exist but to my surprise my Nvidia Control Panel shows display port when I use the mini dp cable that comes with it, so it seems to be working well with my 980 card. Or is it Dell have rectified the bug or the 980 series doesn't comes with this issue anymore. Although when I tried using HDMI cable it will shows as HDTV or something.

Nvidia fixed the issue with drivers already. Can't exactly remember which version but as long your is latest should be able to set to full range on the nvidia control panel rather than the limited.

Do check for BLB as some model of dell are known for it.
