Is a 27 inch FHD IPS 165hz monitor good enough for average usage?

Seems like for 27 inch, it is better to go for WQHD instead? But is it really that much of a difference?

What display settings and display size are you using currently/previously ?

Would get a WQHD over FHD for the extra "display space" on screen.

Also at 27" the pixel density at FHD might be abit low by modern standards.

Depends on device. If max output at 4k then it won't be as sharp as it can't downscale. If use mac make sure to use HiDPI for sharper pq, it downscale from higher res.

more pixels and high dpi are better for multi tasking, if gaming, less pixels means u dont need more powerful gpu ig

ultimately i believe people prefer 2560x1440 over fhd, bec monitors are dirt cheap

Currently using 24 inch 1080p for 10 years+ already.

Thinking if I should upgrade to 27 inch FHD IPS 165hz will do or get a WQHD.

so much so until even got people used to say human eyes cannot differentiate the higher tier refresh rate.

I am using 27" at 2560 x 1440. Previously downgrade from 32" 4K monitor.

FHD on 27" is too pixelated...27" minimum should be WQHD...best is 4K...
