Monitor spoil

As I am typing this, my monitor is displaying a distorted image:

Some troubleshoots i have done:

-Graphic card temp is normal by using hwmonitor
-I unplugged the DVI cable and tried to on and off my monitor, there is the same distorted image at the 'Acer' word before showing 'no signal' message

So I can safely say my monitor up lorry liao right?

Looks indeed like screen issue but can double confirm using just IGP? No need reinstall driver, just plug in and see if distortion still there.

If you got a laptop, connect it to the monitor and see if image is fine or distorted?
