Monitor to go with GTX 760

[ashtray]

Hi,

Is there any monitor that is recommended to go with the GTX 760?

Looking to get something that is 23 inches and above, non-touchscreen ( is it necessary to get one for Win 8.1?) and bang for buck.

Can wait till SITEX

Thanks!
