Monitor with quite a big cloudy patch on it?

Hi guys, recently my monitor has this whitish cloudy patch on it, idk what it is but it's pretty big and very ugly but still usable la. It's not dirt also... around the top right hand of my screen.

Anyone encounter this before and know how to fix it? is it fixable?

it's a HP monitor btw i forgot what model (adjustable height inbuilt)

IF got warranty, claim warranty
Its not something fixable.
IF old set and out of warranty, time to go shopping...

budget $200+
60hz sufficient
24 to 27 inch
hdmi
adjustable height (preferably)

simple one will do... gaming and drama

delll SE24xxx(can't RMB that model number)

which should be within your Range and needs but no the height adjustment.

Go for LED type TV with multi connections.
LED is better than LCD.
