My moomoo cash plus promo is due today. Am I able to cash out while waiting for their cash coupon or I need to leave the money in till I receive the coupon?
U can cash out at any time of the promo. The cash coupons will be awarded within a week after your promo period ends. Eg. If u qualified for the 20 days, then by the 20th day + 7 days cash coupon be awarded.

For the financial advancement promo, can we just subscribe on 31 Mar? Or must be latest tmr as the subscription must be on a working day to be on time?

You can test and report here!

tnc: 2.[Order Status] The cumulative net subscription amount is based on the fund/bond purchases initiated and confirmed during the event. Please wait patiently when fund/bond purchases are being confirmed. To ensure that an order amount is included in the net subscription amount before the deadline, it is advisable to place your order several trading days prior to the end of the event period.

Those of us who participated in the Financial Advancement Promotion will lose out on the new 6.8% since it requires fresh funds. 😢

Try to keep it simple and stick to one. Not fun and waste energy to quibble with customer service and find out the technicalities on this. After promo, just take money and run.
But if you do asked CS abt this, pls share with us 😁

They know, the first fund you subscribe to after joining the promo. If you garbra, later put more funds into another fund, good luck to you.

I have 2 for a purpose!

Won't lose out if participate with fresh funds right?

The funds for Financial Advancement Promotion can take out very soon also.

E.g. top up $50K fresh funds to participate in 6.8% and leave behind $30K from the Financial Advancement Promotion after it ends. Not sure if the $30K will count, else just leave at $50K.

Edit: Nvm. I think take out will consider fall below so will lose out on the new 6.8%.

Need some help here, when I setup the DDA(direct debit) for moomoo, on the bank side's eGiro setup I placed a transaction limit, does anyone know how this limit works? It is a per transaction limit? And does it work only one direction or both direction?

It's still counted. Just add another >10k will do.

It does, so long it's the same fund.

Like to check, I had funds inside prior to this new promo & I was in progress in the withdrawal of this amount, but at the same time I accidentally registered for this new promo. If I am to deposit back the fund back into my account & subscribe, would it be considered as fresh funds to get the 6.8%?

If just add another 10k, it doesn't work for 50k and above for me.
Previously I have suspected so I make it 39K. Then new different promo so I topup. Now this new 6.8% gone for me liao tier 1 cap is 50k for 20 days.

setting zero is easy my friend.
And?

No, it won't be considered as fresh funds.

Fresh Fund is determined by the net deposit amount during the event (Fresh Fund = Total Deposited – Total Withdrawn)
