didnt see this in my tiger.
I see it, go to rewards center, not campaign. But I dont understand what the deadline means? Is it like you can subscriber before 29 days and how long do we get the 6.8%? or is it max from now until 29 days?

I see it as well, but we don't even know what the maximum subscription is, and for how long.

Will wait until more details are posted.

You claim the coupon.
Then at the time of subscribing to the HSBC Global short term fund you have to select the coupon.
At the end of the 15 days, you will be paid out the 2% of the principle you subscribed.
Can share your experience todate? Net gain? Daily returns?

I read in comments there, someone posted -ve position a few days after subscribing.

Moomoo are liars. They say they provide immediate liquidity if you sell cashplus, you can buy stocks, ETFs and mutual funds.

But even though I bought the HSBC fund on Friday(24th May) after selling the cashplus fund, the buy NAV is as of Tuesday(28th May), so they are bullsh!thing that the fund are available immediately.

Anyways can't help when a broker is so deceitful. The buy NAV is 9.929. I plan to keep the fund for 2 months, and you are right, this fund is volatile.

Which cash plus fund did you choose? Also funds avaliable means for trade, withdraw still need the redemption to complete so won't be same day.

I never withdraw, I just redeem Fullerton SGD fund and bought the HSBC gif bond fund.

In their wordings they said cashplus redemption can be used to buy other funds immediately. Anyways, I have lost trust in them, so point holding them to their own wordings.

Is it only for 15 days? Although the period is from 29 may until 28 June, if I use this 2% coupon now and keep the fund until 28 may, I will only get 15 days of additional 2%? And it also applies to money market fund right?

But how come I never see any coupon?
If you haven’t started the promotion, the TnCs are at the website.

I don’t understand why you are so quick to jump to conclusions. Subscription is not immediate. There is a cut off time you need to meet. If you subscribed to the HSBC Short Duration Bond Fund after 12 noon, it would be processed the next working day but 27 May was a non-working day for the fund. Hence your subscription was only confirmed on 28 May. You were able to use the funds to subscribe even though the funds hadn’t arrived from the fund house so moomoo didn’t lie. The issue you are picking on is because the fund house for the HSBC fund requires time to confirm your subscription. They are two separate matters.

The 2% coupon cannot be applied to money market funds. The 15 days commence upon confirmation of the subscription.

Thanks, I just noticed, I placed order at 12.44 :(

I thought the cut off is 4PM, for some reason.

Hi moomoo experts - Any issue/clawback if I were to make 8 consecutive buy trades followed by 8 consecutive sell trades to meet the sign up bonus requirements, as long as I maintain $10,000 in the cash fund for 90 days? Or must I hold the shares for 90 days as well?

No issues but easier to subscribe min S$1 to the cash fund eight times to meet the trade requirements.

Thanks. Moomoo rep misled me yesterday when I withdrawed money out of my account and when they asked me to cancel it. I asked them if the 2% coupon is applicable to money market fund and she said yes. So I cancelled my withdrawal. Lucky because of your reply I sent email to them and they confirmed it's not applicable. I am going to withdraw it today then

Don't make 8 sell trades. There is platform fee of $1 per trade. So just make 8 buy trades of the smallest amount and then sell one shot all that you bought.

Without promo I wouldn’t put in moo moo cash for the reason that there is delay in deposit and withdrawal. Up to 2 days delay in each process. Which means lost of interest for those days.
