If you read the e.g on last day you get all and then do again must put 50K but then left 30 days liao as they start count based on your first subscription which is 30 days ago.

my countdown days remaining is 17 days which will be on 16dec. i wait till i get the cash coupon, then withdraw all and depo another $10k on 20Dec which is still within the promo period (event ends on 3 jan). then does it mean my first subscription now is 20 Dec and still qualify for the 2nd time promo?

No you go read the e.g given. The first day is count from your first subscription so even if you later deposit it is count back to that very first day.
