Just xfered 20k and came out to almost 70-80 more expensive for conversion to US than quoted on IBKR.

zero comms on us trading but get killed in fx.

and also spot rate Flux every seconds, u never know what is the spot rate @ time of exchg


Yes i have all major broker like all of u fr FSM to UOBKH and the pets/animal-brokers too
luv just one and it is affordable

1 may be affordable for US FOrex, i dont dare to assume when doing HK Forex, it could be equally "affordable"
the brokers have to survive by covering here and there (it is normal)

is cost the ONLY thing we looked at ? then cost: hve to addup commissions and platform rates(if any)

im just saying the commision free is a smoke screen to get more people to convert sgd to us on their platform. I no choice since I want to trade Leveraged etfs and IBKR wont give me CLP permissions

net net even with zero us comms, ibkr is still far cheaper

These apps is not just the zero commission. Is also the "free" stuff like vouchers but usually they already estimate the fees.
