dont understand why people buy durian mooncakes. maybe coz no need to dirty hands?

some say got mao shan wang at $100+ ? that's like 10kg of real mao shan wang. u give me that money i help u take out the durian meat use video then i can still keep the rest for myself. double win situation

but mooncakes are all overpriced. anyone tried those NTUC/Sheng Shiong ones? I saw 1 box for $16.50 - double yolk.

I like ritz Carlton's. but theirs is snowskin.

Goodwood Park's durian moon cake is more like paste filling. Their msw version has a stronger taste than their normal durian version. But don't think it's worth the price.

Others like Home Favourites, filling is more like pulp, the durian puff type of filling.

This year we did not buy Raffles Hotel's Snow-Skin Champagne Truffle and Ganache Mooncake because the price had gone up to over S$70 which is much too expensive even for a festival treat.
