Hi guys,I would like to get some advice on case fans reducing temperate/improving airflow

I currently have a Deepcool Tesseract as a PC Case, when I play games such as GTA V/Far cry 4,the temperature is about 70 to 80 degrees Celsius, which is pretty normal from what I read on the Internet(My GPU is Zotac GTX 970)

Would installing 2-3 additional case fans help a lot?How much temperature would it drop?

Any advice is greatly appreciated,thanks!

cleaning of your casing or fans will help more i feel...

placing the fans correctly.. is very impt..

or better thermal paste...

u dont really have to add more fans ... well thats my view..

Sadly to say it wont help much.

Furthermore the cost is not worth it to add in another fans.

Not unless you upgrade the chassis to a better one with 120mm fan support at the bottom. Even so, the temps wont drop drastically. Prolly shave off 1-3deg?

I see,I thought that additional 2-3 case fans would drop the temperature by maybe 5-10?

Since my GPU/case temperature is already normal,I will not install additional fans

Thanks guys!

Your card running in that load is normal. Putting fans in won't improve the temperature . Minus 1-2 degrees if your lucky. Those 2 games u mention pushes your card pretty hard, so don't worry and just enjoy your games :)

My gaming rig is actually quite new, brought it 7 months ago,so the thermal paste should be quite new too

I clean my PC totally every 6 months,I think it's just me thinking too much about reducing the temperature

70-80 is good temps la aiyo. calm down and have fun!

don't worry la everybody goes through their 'fan phase' sooner or later. it's the reason why i have fans just lying around in my room unused.

Same. I also have like 4-5 fans lying around.

if you feel you can tolerate slightly higher fan noise then use the gpu overclocking software to make your own fan profile , increase by 5-10% until you find your max % tolerable by your hearing
note the difference in temperature while idle/video vs gaming .... then put the fan profile to steep increase after you transition from "video" to "gaming" temperature ... with a final step to 100% fanspeed after 80celcius
