More or less... I have decided on my CPU rig. Mainly for gaming, crysis 3 ,tomb raider, bioshock...
Already own evga Gtx760,samsung 840 ssd,1tb black

1) i5-4670 more or less confirmed..any objections??

2) any recommendations for motherboard. I have a silverstone sg01 ,an matx casing. If I reuse this casing will i have any heat issues cos i can only fit the intel stock cooler on it?
Or should i get an atx board instead with mid tower, fractal R4

3) 8 gb ram.. Any recommendations?
4) 650 watt psu any recommendations?

Corsair Vengeance Pro? 2x4GB 1600/1866Mhz
ATX Board better IMO. I don't see a point in an small form factor for home usage xD (Personal Opinion)

1) i5-4670k (although you are not overclocking but bare this in mind, you might want to get a much better price/performance to lure others in the future to buy your computer)

2) not sure

3) corsair vengence 2 x 4gb ram

4) seasonic m12ii bronze 620W (a very reliable PSU)
