Hello, does anyone have any tips for me? So I got back to Singapore and in 3 days and I got 35 mosquito bites, even after closing my windows and door and killing them with the electric bats. I thought it might be the construction site that’s breeding them so I asked NEA, but they said that they didnt find any habitats, and didn’t respond when I asked for more help to deal with the infestation. I bought the shopee killing lamp too. Emailed my MP but I got ignored, I don’t know what else I can do anymore… it has been a few weeks now and I’m so tired of scratching and killing them. Lost count of the number of bites. My family is so exhausted from it now. Please, any advice?

To be honest, 35 bites in 3 days is a lot and there is a high chance somewhere nearby is breeding mozzies. Go check everywhere with a cavity.

Old hdbs have those cylindrical holes for bamboo poles. They can hold water.

must buy baygon anti-dengue. Once see mozzie just spray until it falls from the air. The lamps, the coil all no use huan.

Once you see mozzie just pray at them, lost track of the mozzie, just spray in the general direction. The Baygon Anti-Dengue (blue bottle) is very effective for mozzie... if you spray in general direction, the mozzie kena a bit will slow down and expose itself more and you can spray on it directly.

Bro, really super shag. Bukit batok, I have mosquito nets so havent had this problem in all the years i’ve lived here… but the mosquitoes that i’m catching are very small, somehow they can squeeze through the net.. that’s why I think there is a breeding ground

I remember I saw one IG video where I think a china guy built a laser targeting system to kill mosquitoes in his house. U could try that

This is one good way.
I've also tried this plus in the night when I sleep, I cover the entire bed with mosquito netting then place a standing fan and blow through the netting and onto me (from feet direction). Next morning when I wake up, I can see a lot of dead mosquitoes pressed onto the netting in the direction of the fan.

1. On air-con.
2. Citronella essential oil via aromatherapy heating/lamp.
   

Tried by me in the 80s/90s with some success but lost effectiveness:

1. Ultrasonic mosquitoes repelling sound gadget.

R yr neighbours affected too?

I think mozzie dont like cold. Turn on air con 24x7 for a few days.

Look for any stagnant water around yr neighbours n yrs.

Cover all yr floor traps including yr bathroom, kitchen n service yard.

Try lemon grass diffuser.
