If opposition box is empty and **** pap or a penis is drawn in the pap box. It will be counted as a vote for pap.

Want to spoil vote please CROSS BIG BIG ACROSS THE ENTIRE PAPER. You must have markings on both sides of the boundary for the vote to be considered spoilt.
