Mother board keep beeping non stop

My computer was working okay when i dismantle to move to another place.
when i power the pc , the mother board keep beeping and then the pc shut down. Within few seconds the PC power up again and the beeping continues. The PC then shut off again and this process carry on.

Can someone please answer my query?

Check the following:
1. all power cables connected to motherboard and graphics card
2. reseat memory modules
3. reseat graphics card
