motherboard or CPU spoils? please help.......

hi, i got this motherboard when power on, the CPU fan spin in high speed, 10-15s later the board shutdown and restart on it own with low speed CPU fan spinning ,no beep and no screen.ram ,ssd and graphic card all OK....weather isn't motherboard or CPU fails ..can please help...any shop can send for checking.Thanks you.....

its ram, just try press down the ram and see can bootup or not? Do the same for cpu?

i did remove all part ...left only CPU.when power up ,by right do the board should have POST beep right? but no beep(got buzzer)so isn't motherboard or cpu spoils?

Depends on mobo. My msi h110i will beep only if there’s error. My gigabyte h97 will beep once if ok, many times if got error.

Long continuous sound usually means memory issue i.e. you need to have at least one stick of RAM connected.

Also, remember that most modern motherboards don't have a beep buzzer anymore

my old motherboard is ASUS P5Q-EM DO atttach with a buzzer....it just don't beep if testing with board and CPU or together with 1 ram...only CPU spinning in high speed and then restart on it own....

Need to attach this:

There should be a header port somewhere on the main board. Some main board gives a free one inside. But can buy separately from Aliexpress, eBay, Sim Lim Square and Sim Lim Tower.

TS, I trust that you have your heatsink attached to the CPU when powering on your PC?

CPU temps raise very fast, and can easily damage and overheat within minutes without proper cooling.

dont think cpu damages so easily. literally have never seen anyone with a broken CPU. motherboards, ram and psu have way higher chance of failure.
