wa can test test components one by one to isolate the problem? its good to list the components for a start :)

normally for testing...u list out the components for a start

CPU
Motherboard
Rams
Graphic card
Hard disks
PSU
Soundcard/fan controller

Normally, we can start by removing all rams, clear cmos and boot with 1 ram, bare min (1 hdd and onboard GPU) and see if the keyboard and mouse works...

if it works..then ish most likely a PSU problem? if still cant...try using the same USB ports and connect some thumbdrives and see if can work? try different USB ports?

U are talking about USB ports behind the board or those in the casing de?
