Just done building this ITX rig.

Realized that, there is this slight teenie meenie warp at the side.

Should I be worried? Can boot to bios no issue though.

Mobo is ASUS Strix 760i-Gaming and cooler is thermalright AXP90-X47 copper.

This is exactly what happens you fully screw down one point at a time and too tightly. It causes the pressure to be uneven. Confirm user induced one.

Oh well turns out the mobo is alr slightly warp lol. Not due to my overtightening or anything.

This is after removing all the hex nuts and black plate.

Do you mean the motherboard already warped out of the box ? Your motherboard look thin from the image,
does it bend easily ? I guess itx motherboard are difficult to handle compare to the standard size one.
Try your luck rma the motherboard.

Back when I was using those huge Zalman copper HSFs, I had motherboards bend until they had multiple micro fractures on the surface. Still carried on working. So I won't worry about a little warping.

At the very least, it was not caused by user, as Phen8210 pointed out earlier.
