I bought a watch kit but didn't use it in the end. I used a pair of tweezers to take out the extra links. The Pebble band comes with a small tool which I used to take out the leather strap and replace the Pebble one. It's actually quite simple to do. You can go to YouTube and search for Moto 360 Pebble band, and there are plenty of videos on how to do the replacement. Example:

How can i get moto 360 in singapore? Do ur guys know when will release in sg and if i order from US how can i get shipping to sg. Most of the shopping site are not ship to sg eg, amazon or bestbuy.

Which epicenter or anywhere sure to sell the metal pebble strap(black)?
Don't wanna waste time and will go one place and buy afternoon.

I got the sliver one from suntec yesterday and you may want to call them to check before u head down.

How much did you get it for? Maybe thinking getting from there instead if it is not too exp compared to the pebble webby.
