Mouse Freezes During Startup

Hi off later I noticed whenever I startup my PC, the mouse gets freeze and will not move. When I plug out and plug into another USB port, BSOD sets in.

Just now PC keeps getting BSOD just refused to startup. I did a manual shut down.
I replace the Razer diamondback mouse with another one and its ok.

Mouse is dead or system something wrong.
