Hi everyone,
This is the problem I encounter.
My mouse and keyboard will occasionally go haywire. It will suddenly disconnect. Sometimes I can plug into others USB port and it will works fine but sometimes it doesn't. I will be forced to shut down my entire PC via the power button as the input device ain't working. I have an USB 3.0 External Hardrive that is connected via the USB port but its working fine. I did try to use either the Mouse/Keyboard at the 3.0 port however the same problem occur. (Mouse and keyboard have no problem with my laptop setup)
I have try the following solution thus far.
Reformat(Clean) my PC as I thought it has to do with a software issue.
I have disabled the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" function on the Generic USB Hub Power Management as well.
I don't understand what is wrong. Can anyone please advise?
OS : Windows 8 Pro 64 bits
MB : MSI Z77A-GD65
Thanks in advance.
