Mouse wheel roller issue

Hi all, I'm using Logitech G400 mouse. But recently my mouse scroller wheel becoming very stiff (my old mx300 also no such issue after years)

Any solution for this ?
I look at the mouse doesn't seems like there is any screw to open up the mouse.

Remove the teflon feets to find the screws
