In a given set of time (e.g 1 week), do u think they will ask u to do more? Or will they ask u to fin the amount u done as previous, then go and rest???

Ur rest time (aka non-work hours and annual leave) is constant. The only way to officially rest more, is to increase those (annual leave, offs etc). Any rest time that u take during ur work hours through increased productivity or any other way, is known as chao keng, or tuang.

Exactly. All the examples he gave are just for Employers to expect you to produce more. No employer will say " oh well done u have completed the task faster than expected, please take a day off", maybe in tech. But definitely not for lower income jobs that NEEDs protection from the govt, which is exactly what they should do. his reply is just purely condescending.
