If my IPPT windows open Sept 2013 this year, my MR will next 1 Apr 2014. Do I still to take IPPT and pass the IPPT?

You can ignore the IPPT since MR is only 7months away. Congrats!

As long as you can be sure you will receive the MR letter by 1st April before your IPPT windows closes on September 2014 then you would be safe
