MR and outstanding RT

Hi guys, any experience Bros can answer?

my window closes this coming Jan 2014. I am supposed to receive letter on April 2014. So far I have yet to clear my RT.

Can I successful MR this coming April? or will they make sure I clear RT before they will MR me?

i dun think ur mr will be delayed

but i am quite sure u will be charged if you default rt
