derrickgoh cannot read this but nvm... Others can more important. But he can read if people quote me.

However, you will still need to apply for an Exit Permit if you are travelling overseas for 6 months or longer. You should also maintain your personal equipment as you may still be activated for operational service up to your statutory age – 50 and 40 years old for Officers and WOSEs respectively.

Words are words, what are the chances of activating a MR unit??
Ignore the troll & use simple logic.

U MR so long already, u can still remember your soldiering skills? U will be more of a liability than an asset. Besides, unless u are from an evergreen unit, your entire unit stand down, where are they going to slot u in?

I think simple logic is when one reads what the official channel says and follows it. Whether things will happen or not is another matter.

There maybe a troll her, but the troll is the one who doesn’t get the concept of simple logic.

I am confused. Should not it be the other way around? Offices and WOSEs (Key Appointments Holder) should be up to 50 while Mens like us 40? Or really Mens 50 and Officers and WOSEs 40?

I am curious on how u get your information from.

The one which u quoted being 40 for WOSEs and 50 for Offr is actually correct.

One can choose to volunteer to continue serving after the statutory age subsequently.

Is correct what. Officer 50, WOSE (Warrent Officer, Specialist, Enlistee) 40.

Man is enlistee.

I think you misunderstood what WOSE is
