MRT cards for China

guys, any idea if there is any common MRT card (similar to ezlink) that can be used in Hangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin?

Not that I know of. I just buy the 1 use ticket/token when riding the subway. Currently it's all run by different companies.

No such thing as a national card. Within each city residents have common public transport cards for buses and MRT.
