MS Exchange Contact Folder syncorization

hi i am looking for a solution :

I have a contact folder and this need to be replicated with 1000 users/mailboxes , so they can have the same contacts.

what software do you recommended? i have tried epiccenter but it is not stable.

Put the contact file in share folder and every user access to same file in share disk.
