You all talking like PEBKAC! I know the story behind it before you all.
All of you are talking like the problem exists between the keyboard and the chair. I know the story prior to all of you!

Please don't look at my date of joining with this forum because it is wrong.

I think I will never get any answer here because some of you do not wish to understand; to evade giving me answers; for some other "hatred" reason or purpose; making direct personal-attack, etc...;... had showed bad conduct and behavior towards me. There are many "clones" here to confuse me and that I am aware!
I guess I will not get an answer here because some fail to comprehend and avoid giving me answers. For some hated reason or purpose, personal attacks simply show bad conduct. I am aware of the existence of many clones out to confuse myself!

I hope the Administer will have to look into these matters seriously.

Hi TS, I've corrected your English and removed the grammatical errors within.
You don't join with a forum. You join one. Administrators or moderators, not administer.

Nice read anyway! I still stand by my belief that Microsoft offers one of the best warranty policies around

Microsoft and Apple has the best RMA policy in my humble opinion. I believe you have made your point here clearly and some bros has given already their comments (that you do not take kindly to though). Instead of saying the people here do not understand your problem etc, why not focus your effort on engaging MS directly on your issue instead as I believe none of those who reply to you here work at MS ?

If you are sincerely asking for comments for similar experiences with MS, perhaps you started on the wrong foot (sorry for being blunt) as you project a heightened sense of entitlement as a MS consumer and also give the impression you are abusing the RMA system thus leading to some unkind comments. If you can put those aside and ask objectively, you will likely get more objective comments in this forum. Peace

This thread is really going haywire.

TS. It does not mean that a coy has all the while do something good for their customer means it will be all time the same.

I know and i understand how you felt when they have changed their RMA policy. Rules are rules, and they have the right to tell their customers to send in for inspections. Whether there is a policy or not, every service centre is the same. Just send in the defective product to verify that the product is faulty, then let them do their job properly.

I have to say that SG is not a very big country. You can literally travel from joo koon to pasir ris in an hour by train. I dont see why is there a big fuss on the need for you to go down to the service centre.

I did say many times here that Support is making wild allegation they can't tell me or refused to tell me that anyone has done before under the "APOC End User Fulfillment Program". If all of you here did not hear of it, then why I should be a fool to accept it! Therefore, there is no such said Program.
All of you and I cannot go because Support "ghost" is UNKNOWN. I was instructed NOT TO GO down to 438B Alexandra Road, because nobody will meet me or to help me! These I have repeated many times in my prior posting. Therefore, I cannot returned my spoil hardware.

I asked Support to collect directly from me the spoil hardware but they refused!

They delivered wrongly and you accepted?? Now you want to re-RMA?

Why didn't you reject the item outright?

Your question is very, very good! The parcel box was big to hold the keyboard and mouse. My brother just accepted the parcel box without knowing what was inside for me. Only after it was opened, there was only a small mouse and a lot of old new-papers around it!!!

At all time, Support knows that I will get the keyboard and mouse and to deliver it to me. They have admitted their mistake to deliver wrongly!!!

I think it clear your doubts and suspicion.

He buy from KL. BolehLand citizen lor. Wat else.

Work in sg. Want to rma sg. But serial is distri to msia. So rma Malaysia. It's like I buy stuff fr amazon but insist on rma sg.

Microsoft has one of the best warranties on the planet. I have RMA 4x from them. Everytime they send a brand new product after verification of serial. Of course my stuff is bought in sg and I warranty in sg.

I find microsoft warranty fantastic. Unfortunately not all agree. Just like while some people feel a Bentley is a great car to sit in---perhaps a Proton feels better to others?

The Invoice/Bill is from Singapore and was attached to RMA. So it is correct to RMA in Singapore and delivered to Singapore. Is has been confirmed by Support that the Invoice is genuine before they accepted the RMA.

If all of you or nobody did ever go to 438B Alexandra Road under the "SO-CALLED" "APOC End User Fulfillment Program" by MS Support, then the findings is that Support has made such allegation against me. You all did not admit to say a concise “yes or no”; then why I should be a happy clown to entertain your confused and unrelated questions! I’d repeated many times and I think any help here is useless because a “kind” soul is not around! I will not accept any further irrelevant questions and false accusation, dispute, allegation, etc..

Let’s close this chapter, because it will be senseless, endless, unsettled, etc.., because there is no person who wish to admit that he has acted on "APOC End User Fulfillment Program".

So the fact is that, there is no such alleged "APOC End User Fulfillment Program".

Sometimes i wonder, are you thinking that Microsoft has an account in HWZ, listening to all of the problems related to Microsoft?

Besides, i believe most of us here will either get a new item should the item be spoilt or unable to RMA. Waste so much time going about on a 'program' isnt exactly productive.

From your 1st post to the #49 post of yours, it seems like you changed your view from complaining about microsoft way's of RMA to blaming us that you cant RMA your hardware?????

I've been reading the thread all the while since the first reply.
I honestly believe fellow members responded to your questions in all ways possible. Some replies might not meet your expectation, but nevertheless, this is all an online forum can provide you whether or not you find is meaningful.

HWZ is not the only forum you seek second opinion on this matter, we respect your decision.
