Hi guru,

I had recently updated the bios of this motherboard to the latest versionv19 but the Pc unable to boot. After much troubleshooting , the only way to get it working was CMOS clearing and remove 1 Ram.

With the previous bios version v15 , both rams are running fine at 16GB. (I had 2x8Gb ram 3200ghz), that’s another problem to solve later.

Any guru can advise why i can only use 1 ram ? Or I should bring the motherboard down to service center ?

My X370 Pro Carbon had a similar booting problem that did not go away with flash upgrades. Read about it on Google, it was a big problem in the US, One way to solve is to RMA your MB. MSI did a poor job rushing out their X370 Pro Carbon. That why I avoid MSI MBs now. My X30pro carbon in storage.
