I recently bought a MSI GTX 770 lightning from sim lim square and i have to say its quite impressive accoustics and hardware wise. I have ran pretty hefty games like crysis 3 , far cry 3 and battlefield 3(main game im playing now).
In battlefield 3 with all setting maxed i got a average of about 90+ fps and it never dips below 60 fps on a 1920x1080p screen , on far cry 3 however i get an average of 50+- fps but once again it never goes below 45 fps even in heavy firefights . As for crysis 3 , i ran it at the max and i got an fps of around 30 which i myself is not comfortable gaming with so i set it down to high and i got a fps of around 50+- fps and it never goes below 40 fps .
The GPU Boost 2.0 does its job well , the core clock for the MSI GTX 770 Lightning is 1150 MHz Core (Boost Clock:1202MHz) but i got a max clock of 1241MHz while GPU Boost 2.0 Is active . As for the memory , it is clocked at 7010MHz with 2048MB GDDR5 Memory .
I myself is not a silence freak as i have a kinda loud air conditioner so it does not really matter anyways but just for a test i turned off my air-con and ran some graphics intensive benchmarks with MSI Kombustor . At 70% fan speed the noise is there but its not too loud that it gets distracting , at 100% fan speed however , it gets kinda loud and obnoxious .
Temperature wise , i have never witnessed my card going over 79 degrees (i run bf3 at a acceptable 54 - 61 Degrees Celsius ) even after setting the power and temp target to the maximum.
Overall rating for this card? 8.9/10
I definitely reccomend this card to anyone who is looking for a graphics card that has power but is quiet. I bought mine at 699 , which to me is affordable compared to the GTX Titan and 780 . Once again , the

It also looks bad ass
i especially like the GPU reactor on the back.
