MSI Slider S20 Good tablet?

I am comtemplating whether to get MSI Slider S20.

There are quite a few desirable features:

1) Upgradable RAM to 8GB
2) 1.16kg ultralight
3) Full-size ethernet port!
4) 3 cell battery (Acer S7 is 2 cell battery only)

From the other thread, heard that there is also extra mSATA port to put in SSD.

Looks quite good to me. Anyone have experience with this machine? Can share the pros and cons? Any input welcomed.
