MSI vs Asus laptops

I would like to get a new multimedia/gaming laptop soon and was wondering between the build quality of MSI vs Asus.

Asus I hear is relatively solid when it comes to laptops, i was thinking of getting the N series (17") when the Haswell versions come out. A shop at simlim said that they were preordering them soon already.

MSI of course, has the GS70 which looks pretty sweet, but price and well, i dont know anything about MSI laptops.

Would any of you lean towards one laptop/brand or the other?

Not sure about the others, i currently owned a Multimedia Asus N46 , after 1 year i notice my temperature reach 100C when i play game or even facebook game, i repaste a new thermal paste and now the maximum is 93C (but still consider high).

Nothing much to complain, except for the wireless, it only half the strength of other brand notebook, during the first year i send back 2 same model, 1 with speaker issue, and 2nd one is wifi issue. This is the 3rd one but also WiFi issue.

Maybe is because of this model Asus N45SF ? heard the company rebranded it like 3months after i bought it.

Asus N750 is already out in the market already.
