2 of our users have bought 320GB HDD themselves from SLS and we install for them for a small fee, plus continue to warranty the rest of the Wind's components.
1) User buy the HDD (w/ warranty card) from SLS shops.
2) We installed the new HDD into Wind. The old 80GB is theirs to keep.
3) Anytime the installed HDD got problem, we will help them to take out the HDD and user will RMA the HDD on their own. We'll fix it back after they receive their replaced/repaired HDD. This service is free for the 1st year. After 1 year, if there is a need to RMA the HDD again, small service charge would apply.
