Is Jakarta fun to play~?

Hello, i'm from Jakarta,

I'm going to singapore on march the 27th, and i'm staying there for 3 days.

I was wondering where can i get the Wind U120 (with HSDPA) in singapore? cause i was looking at the U100 price, it beats indonesia's price, and singapore has some freebies too.

DO you guys have a recommendation on where i can get the Wind 120 in singapore?? or there's no stock, then the U100 would be fine.

I'm staying at furama city centre.

hi! My sis bought the MSI U100 plus at the IT Show. Tried out the Skype...and the image of the other party looks very grainy on the skype. Is there any settings need to be done to make it looks good. It should not looks so grainy since the webcam is 1.3MP (btw, the other party's nb is also having a 1,3MP webcam).

Anyone can help ?

1) image of other party is not exactly within your control
2) megapixel count is not reflective of image quality

i just gotten my U100+ yesterday, but seems like the wireless adaptor got problem. My laptop can detect at least 2, 3 networks around my house here, but this U100+ can detect none......

Anyway to resolve? Have to bring down to your office?

Edited: goondoo me. I saw the wireless icon at the bottom, so I thought the wireless adaptor is turned on, never know that I have to press Fn + F11......

I seem to have problems with my Bluetooth. It's having a really hard time detecting other devices, while all the other devices were all detecting each other just fine. At the time, we had a Macbook, an HP Mini 2140, a Sony Ericsson Phone, and HTC Phone and my Wind with all our Bluetooth turned on...the other 4 devices could sync with each other just fine, while my Wind couldnt sync with a single one. In fact, it could barely even detect the others, it would pop out for a while, then would disappear again. Is this a mechanical problem or do I jsut have to tweak some settings?

Anyone else having any problems with their bluetooth?

hi! I, myself had an ASUS 701 Eee running on Linux O/S, and I tried to do a skype to the same party but the image shown is not grainy (I would say it is clear), compared to the one shown on the MSI Wind 100Plus...

So, looks like speed should not be an issue here.

Any other settings to look out for?

tried other application like msn??

cos i tried msn web cam no issue even on public hotspot

Holding the brown part scrolls up.Pink part scrolls down.Very annoying as the scroll down part is in the middle of the figging touchpad-.-

Hi. Your Wind's Bluetooth is enabled already? Fn + F11.

Fn + F6 is to enable the webcam.
You can test the webcam here...
Desktop -> My Computer -> Scanners and Cameras -> USB Video Device

Yep, I tried between mine and hers, and the image shown on the skype apps (the video of the other party you are talking to) shown is also grainy.

AS for MSN, I'd not try out. Yes, will try out MSN and keep you posted again...

I believe you need to top up. Read on another forum, skinning for laptop cost more than the $30 voucher.

The top right corner of your touchpad is to scroll up the web page and the bottom right corner is to scroll down. It shouldn't be in the middle.
