It's either bullsh!t from Corbell or ST. No signs of MSI wind until end of June says the salesman at booth 1890. Fcking pissed off.

ya... they say it will not make it to this PC show due to late delivery of the intel atom... they say will have a demo set in PC show this afternoon...

hi ,

Like some of u all, i'm also choosing between a EeePC, HP mini or MSI Wind though I'm now pretty sure I;m gettng the Wind. ($829 for this type of specs is quite worth it)

But its kinda confirmed the Wind won't be up for sale this PC Show Had popped over MSI in the late afternoon and left my contact (if it does appear)

Guess most we can see is jus a demo set.

I went to the PC Show on 2 of the days to check at the MSI booth and left my name for the pre-order.

My only issue now is the 3 cell battery which will last only 2hr+ on normal usage based on a review ...

I asked if the 6 cell battery will be out by end june but they said it is not possible due to battery shortage.

Damn!

If it is going to be a 3-cell battery, I may not want to wait anymore. Disappointing.

US is getting the 6-cell battery with the XP version of Wind, and at only USD499. You do your calculations .
