If you're referring to the MSI Wind.. The answer is No. All their Wind netbooks come with Win XP Home (U90,U100,U115,U120)

MSI will launch U120H's brother, U123H in April. Can max 2GB ram....and using the latest Atom N280 1.66Ghz CPU and 3.5G...
