Thanks, Bryson. Just bought the U123 model from C3 @ $599. Rgd the keybd protector, I just use the thin strip of double-sided tape that came along with it to apply to the keybd before overlaying the protector. Seem to work ok.

Hi all Wind-fans, not sure if this question is relavant in this thread or not - the MSI wind that I have one year on is giving me battery issues. I can't boot the machine up on the battery, need to connect it to the AC. However, once booted up, the battery (4400amH) is still workable for 2 hours unplugged. This is why I don't think the battery's entirely 'gone'. Would appreciate any advise before I run out to get a new battery instead. Thanks in advance! - Philip

Looks the same to me except that mine includes 3G modem.

Usually IT show will have better price and package.

hi people, what are your temperature for the intel atom for msi wind 100+

Is mine too high a temperature?

I got ard 56 degrees when operated with the battery while 60 degress + when operating with direct current from plug....

anyone has the same suitation??

all wind100 plus user..... just wan to ask a serious quesn.... i tink it has been ask b4 but how much does ur 6 cell batt last?? Mine since i bought it has nv been able to last more than 4-5hrs even tot i on lowest brightness with wifi on... tot shld last alot more longer than that?

My gf's set can last for 5 hours.

Same setting as urs, lowest brightness and WiFI on.

try without WI-FI loh.. 7 hours loh.

5hours is already relatively good.
