Multiple Boot Up (Expert Please Advice)

Recently i got my DIY desktop with 4gb ram at the start after a few weeks of usage i found out that the desktop once i power up it restart 2times (lights on and off) in order to bootup fully, after a few week i decided to add 4gb more it restart 4times recently. Wonder what causes it?

Desktop spec:

i5-4570 + Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H
Kingston Hyper-X SSD 120GB
Kingston PC3-1600 DDR3 4gb + (4gb)
Gigabye GTX 650 1GB DDR5
CM 650W Semi-Mod 80+ GOLD i think

All expert please advice me on what to do. Many thanks.

Try remove gpu and see if prob persist.

if i remove my gpu i just need to monitor the cpu whether the problems persist?

Check whether is ur gpu causing it or nt. Remove gpu completely and use igpu for a while.
