Do u have multiple iPhone lines under 1 IC or under 1 billing account?

I would like to know if I have 2 lines under 1 IC 1 billing account, do I get to upgrade both lines each year? I'm referring to SingTel Home Plan or Starhub Hubber accounts...

Is it restricted to 1 IC or per mobile line?

For singtel, different ic but same address can be tag under multi line discount and off course under same bill/account.

dont need to be same bill/account or ic, only need same address for singtel multi line discount.
