Opinions on supplement brands are subjective :)

And yes, how did you arrive at that hahaha!

Most people won't "feel" anything with a multivitamin, provided you have a reasonably good diet already. If your diet sucks, then its better to get a quality MV.

Even with a good diet, I don't wanna spend cash on rubbish lol.

That's just IMO luh.

Not true... even with a good diet, I can definitely feel the difference when I don't take my multivits in terms of energy...

However, I feel that Glucosamine and Chondroitin are useless for me. It's waste of money.

You're young that's why u don't feel the effects of Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM..

Wait till you reach middle age & your joints starts to ache..

I'm 54 & can clearly feel the difference in these joint formulas esp when I lift.

Hm. probably true. But I was having problem with my right knee. If I'm running for more than 30-40 mins, it'll start to pain. Then I tried the combination. Even after finishing 2 big bottles, no different for me. In the end, I just stopped running altoghether and do HIIT instead (or cycling / ellipticals).

But again, it may be the brand / type. I was taking the tablet form Ocean Join-RX. I heard the powdered form may be better.

Pain can come from many sources eg chronic injuries like tendinitis, sprains, pulled muscles & ligaments, muscle imbalances & postural issues etc etc...

Joint supplements will only work hand-in-hand with a good rehab program..

2 yrs back, I had bad shoulder impingement & rotator cuff issues + medial knee pain which prevented me fr weight training. Went for X-rays & MRIs which turned out negative. Spent a few thousand bucks seeing specialists who knew only how to dispense drugs...

Finally, someone fr this forum gave me the contact of Aldrin Ho, a very experienced rehab therapist cum strength coach. To make a long story short, after being treated & rehabbed by him, I was back in the gym working out after a month & after 3 months my weight training intensity was back to pre-injury levels.

If you're interested, here's his website & contact details:

I've always looked at concentration per serving, not sure whether that is the right way.

Quality of ingredients more impt imo, should not have anything like metals in oxide/ carbonate form. Poorly absorbed, if it ever is.
