I've used serveral MVNO services, eg ZYM, Vivifi, Giga..etc.
I find their service hotlines or chat support is important since they don't have physcial shops, like Singtel, Starhub, M1.
I hope others can share service hotline.

ZYM Mobile
Live agents at WhatsApp 80900000
Service hours are between 10AM - 10PM, daily
(ZYM app has clean UI, easy to navigate.)

Giga Mobile
Live agents at their app or website.
Service hours are Mondays - Friday , 09AM - 06PM, and
Sat 09AM - 02PM
exclude public holiday.

Will be good to have local SG hotline and overseas hotline for ease of reference if possible.

Strange.

Legacy SIM Only Plans (not Star SIM Only Plans) should still be supported by 1633 hotline.

Star SIM Only plans were supposed to compete with SingTel SIM Only Plans, but apparently it failed badly for StarHub. They kind of treated it like giga or eight.

SingTel SIM Only plans are supported by 1688 hotline.

Yes, seems like it doesn't work on the weekends after clarifying with Starhub 1633. :s22:

So looks like StarHub now relies on HubBot virtual assistant for weekends and the HubCare team (human beings) are only available during week days.

Even during week days, do they mention 24 hours or only during certain working hours?

During service hours... damn jialat man, all cutting cost to the max..
If one got technical issues, gg

Now even StarHub is cutting back on the hotline support. Yes they still have the 1633 hotline for StarHub 5G Unlimited+ plans, 5G Platinum plans and 5G Senior Plan (but not legacy Star SIM Only plans), but then only during service hours on weekdays.

Yes, please feel free to correct me if I am wrong but this response is what I got after calling 1633.
