My Android Gmail app is in a mess

As in the order of the mail content itself is not in order. How do I get it fix. Example I send A mail and he reply and I replied him back. I will have all these chain email jumping around and not in order. Anyone can help?

Probably your rules in setting, check it out if any.
If its stock setting/config better to check out w Google itself.
