Why is your Hba1C still elevated?At the very least it makes my poop smooth and thick,it sinks too
And, it blunts my blood glucose

After work, high carbs stuff at work, then fried onion eggs, Kiwi, berries, and recently banana
Anyway maybe psyllium husk to me helps too, though people said it is not helping with anything
Been eating it on most days for the past half year liao
At least my sais are nice, gold standard
Before that, always fluffy one

You are doing quite well. You need to lower your carb intake, walk a bit after a meal. With that your Hba1C will be good again.20mg

most statin half life very short. so today eat work for today lor. if u really resistant to taking med, maybe can eat when u eat alot of oily, fatty and carb heavy foods. which is what im doing
also. please let ur doctor know that you are not adherent to his prescription. otherwise the updated doc may increase the dose because your LDL did not decrease as much as he expected... so he just up dose for you
Actually can just take dosage prescribed by the doctor prescribed. Once the dose is too strong based on the latest test results, doctor will adjust the dosage.Why not take half that dose daily instead

although its some pseudomedicine theory that **** good shir daily means healthy... i dont remember got any good evidence to that
but because the husk interfere with bowel movement, if u arent absorbing the cholesterol, then again u may not be absorbing the other nutrients wor

Me trying to reduce it, now going to gym and try to be more healthy. Cut down on fried food, eat more veggies.
Not TS but it taste like nothing lo, I soak in milk + oats + almond/walnut/cashew overnight and eat as breakfast.

Some stalls sell the softdrinks with chia seed leh.Can ask you how chia seeds taste like ?
