I ate the red dragon fruit at 3am and i poop at 3pm to see red color poop and a lot dragon fruit seeds. Prior to see the dragon fruit poop i did poop 2 times already in the morning.

So i conclude that my digestive system took about 12 hours to reach toilet bowl.

According to GPT

That is usually normal after eating red dragon fruit (pitaya). The tiny black seeds often pass through undigested, and the red pigments can color your stool or even urine pink/red for up to a day or so.
A 12-hour transit time (3am → 3pm) is within a normal digestion range for many people
