See the salmon price i wanna cry already
Why?
moi can't afford salmon even monthly basis
Means you are saving at least $200+ more monthly
Errr sorry it is quite expensive every 2 days. That’s like a $16 meal there after all ingredients.

I try to mentally keep my meals around 5-6$ so alot of chicken/pork instead of fish

OR if having salmon I usually take those around $7-8 or wait till expiry kind got big discount then buy
Chicken provides only small omega-3 amounts, mainly 20-200 mg EPA/DHA per serving.

Salmon provides more omega-3, with about 4g per 100g

If I can jiak salmon daily ,I'd love to but have to limit the mercury content ,so 450g of salmon a week is enough liao

Just buy fish oil supplements eat

Want to eat healthier

Everyday jiak chicken also sian
And salmon is one of the lowest in mercury ,other cheaper fishes bky
Oic, agreed bro, cannot everyday eat almost same buffet, see already no appetite to eat

If sick .. 9999999 also can’t buy back perfect blood glucose reading
He alr near 6.xx reading so he give himself more monetary budget due to v v tough discipline in dietary n meal dept

I got a bff who told me she love sashimi every other day go eat at least once cos she indulge in her self after she earn big big
Then after 1 month she hospitalised for mercury poisoning so really do limit n do vary yr foods

don’t alws stick to one sort of protein .. I know all meats got some scary thg .. injection .. hormones .. artificial something etc all things hv some sort of contamination these days even our water source also hums processed

.. spread yr body diff type of poison / toxin so u hv time to flush out diff toxins

First cannot Jiak a lot

second don’t Jiak chicken everyday

third Jiak a bit every other day

so meat of the day is
day1) fish
2) pork
3) chicken
4) beef / lamb or mushrooms
5) canned meat
6) canned veg
7) anything choose 1

Curious. There’s so many vegetables to choose from, why limit yourself to broccoli, cauliflower and tomatoes?

I try to have at least one type of leafy greens to go with other kinds of greens. And most of the time they are either blanched, or stir-fried in avocado oil, or in soup.
