Why?See the salmon price i wanna cry already
Means you are saving at least $200+ more monthlymoi can't afford salmon even monthly basis
Chicken provides only small omega-3 amounts, mainly 20-200 mg EPA/DHA per serving.Errr sorry it is quite expensive every 2 days. That’s like a $16 meal there after all ingredients.
I try to mentally keep my meals around 5-6$ so alot of chicken/pork instead of fish
OR if having salmon I usually take those around $7-8 or wait till expiry kind got big discount then buy
Salmon provides more omega-3, with about 4g per 100g
If I can jiak salmon daily ,I'd love to but have to limit the mercury content ,so 450g of salmon a week is enough liao
