You need to remove the driver 1st using a driver remover from guru3d.

Reboot machine

Load the correct driver for your display card

Before the problem, it works fine?

Check if your graphics card temperature is overheat if you've been using for more than 2 years? Meaning, you have to get a technician to re-paste your CPU cooler.

Try checking your harddisk and RAM through BIOS by running some tests to scan whether it is defective.

Just to confirm you follow this method : Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Try not to download any nvidia drivers yet from nvidia websites.
Just run windows updates to get the nvidia drivers and run a few days to see if problem persist

A few more question
1. What antivirus are you using ?
2. Are you using any encryption software ?
3. Any hardware upgrade recently eg RAMs or wireless adapter ?
