First off, I'll introduce myself as Eugene.

Ok so, I'll cut it short.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dan.
I placed a total of 4 orders with him and I'll continue to get him as much customers as possible.

Because he does his best to accommodate to your needs, tries to stretch towards your budget and source for stuff that you need, tries to reach your standard with no complaints given and still gives a smile always.

He may be busy and not be able to reply at times, but it is definitely understandable as he is working.

His a very friendly guy, helps you out a lot, gives you tons of good recommendations and the best of all? He is very easy to communicate with.

I'd say he does his job really well considering this is rather a "one-man show" and I'm really impressed with it. I hope you guys do not just think of the flaws of him but instead of how great he can be!
I'll continue to support Dan and I hope you will start to support him too!

Share my experience too.
Order a casing from their online store.
And after 2 weeks liao still never contact me.
So I e-mail them to cancel the order.

0/10 for service.
Will not buy from them again.

That is very weird.
I have never experienced any issues with this before.
I'm even ordering another PC from him this upcoming week for my friend.

If you do not believe just because I'm a new member, it is absolutely up to you.

The service is great, but there are times his busy so he can't reply.
Maybe try heading down to the shop and things will be better.
