My iPad Air loading very slow with lastest iOS?

Safari load slow
App also load slow
Some times app will shut off itself go to main screen
i find my iPad 2 and mini 1st also nv account this slow loading zzzz
Under wifi fiber...
Shld I sent to service center?

Confirmed that only keyboard and siri settings will be affected? Does the "DO NOT HIT ERASE ALL CONTENTS AND SETTINGS" prompt appear after selecting it?
